Returns & Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Returns should be made within 30 days of purchase.

You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, simply e-mail sales@grassrootsreferees.com indicating the following;

  • Your order number
  • Products you are returning
  • Reason for return

If you return an item for refund because of sizing or change of mind we will deduct the original postage charge from the amount refunded.

If you return an item for refund because of sizing or change of mind that has been purchased with a free postage offer we will deduct the pre-offer cost of postage (£5.50) from the refund

If your return is because of faulty or wrongly shipped goods, then we will issue a full refund including return postage.

We aim to deal with returns and refunds within 7-10 working days of receiving returned products.
